Comfortable room, attentive staff, complemented by delightful amenities such as a steam room and complimentary parking, created a relaxing atmosphere for our stay while being just a short drive away from local attractions.

I found the check-in process to be quite complicated and left me feeling frustrated. some of the dining experiences were marred by slow service and limited options, which didn't live up to the expectations set by the hotel's reputation. The outdoor pursuits were enjoyable, but there were few organized activities available, leaving some guests wondering what to do next.

during my stay, I loved exploring the picturesque grounds and the nearby Emy Lough, where scenic walks add to the area’s charm. The friendly staff made our afternoon tea by the window overlooking the lake a delightful experience that set a relaxing tone for the entire visit.

I was blown away by how stunning the place was, and the hot tub experience was just the cherry on top! The spa treatments were relaxing and fabulous too. The only hiccup was the wifi could be a bit spotty at times, but it's definitely worth a visit! 🌟

Gorgeous rooms in the historic lodge provided a perfect setting, with claw foot tubs and spacious living that made our stay enjoyable. The food was exceptional, particularly the breakfast bars and the filet mignon at Snaffles, creating a delightful dining experience. Although options could be more varied, the staff's attentiveness made up for it, ensuring we felt pampered throughout our stay. Some minor service delays during peak hours were noted, but they didn’t overshadow the vacation atmosphere.

Our room was incredible, absolutely stunning with a bed like a cloud! The breakfast was remarkable, loads of choices, I mean you can't go wrong with that.

I just returned from a wonderful four-night stay, and wow, what a gem! The Red Room in the castle had breathtaking views of the lake and garden, a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast each morning was a delight, featuring a fantastic buffet that set us up for the day ahead. Riding horses around the estate added a unique touch to our experience. The only minor drawback was that some of the restaurant service felt a bit uncoordinated during peak times, which slightly marred an otherwise outstanding experience.

Impeccably clean rooms. and Eoin showed us to our lovely room, truly fantastic service! The spa was a highlight. the treatments were top-notch and relaxing.

Breakfast options could be more varied. some dishes came out cold.
